All sales are final. We do not offer returns or size exchanges.
However, in the event of receiving a defective or incorrect product, we will fully reimburse or replace all item(s).
In the event of a made-to-order or pre-order product exceeding the posted delivery window (approx. 3-9 weeks), refund via store credit will be provided upon request, or at our discretion.
