Where can I track my order?

You can track orders by logging into your account with the same email you used to place your order. Order updates will also be sent via email.

Customers typically receive their first update 1.5 - 2 weeks after purchase, when purchasing made-to-order/pre-order items.

Once order ships, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

Can I change my address?

Yes, you can change your address as long as it is before shipment.

Log into your account using the same email you used to place your order. Once into your account, click on "Orders" and click the button that says "Change Shipping Address".

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are located on every individual product page before ordering, and can vary between items. If purchasing pre-made and made-to-order items together, your order will ship once ALL items in order have finished production.

Pre-made items will ship in 1 week or less if ordered individually, while made-to-order and pre-order items can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks.

You will be updated every step of the way via email, and can also check order progress through your account.

Returns

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes, we offer returns for in-store credit if contacted with 7 days of delivery.

We also offer replacements or full refunds in the event of receiving a defective or incorrect product.

In the event that a made-to-order or pre-order item takes longer than the specified delivery window (3-8 weeks), an in-store credit refund can be provided upon request, or automatically at our discretion.

What if my item is damaged/defective or incorrect?

In the event of receiving a damaged/defective or incorrect item, a full refund or replacement can be made by contacting us.
