REFUND/RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, size exchanges, or issue refunds, with exception of defective product(s), in which customer is eligible for refund or replacement.

Please double check size charts and shipping times within product descriptions before placing your order.

If you believe you’ve received a defective product, or you want a refund for an order placed less than 24 hours ago, please click here to contact us. Estimated response time is within 24-48 hours. Time it takes for a response will not count for the 24 hour refund time frame.

SHIPPING POLICY

Full production/shipping times are located on every product page in the description. Please read and be aware before ordering.

Because most items are made to order, please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for shipment, unless stated otherwise on any given product page.

Shipping times are estimates and are subject to change moderately.

Production updates will be sent to you via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please allow additional 7-14 days processing time on international orders.

All international orders may be subject to pay duties and taxes upon order arrival.

We are only responsible for united states shipping charges. Check your locations international shipping policies before ordering.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or issues that arise due to incorrect addresses.

Addresses can be changed if the order has not been shipped yet.

Orders are shipped to the address we are given. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, buyer is responsible for both contacting forevr studios, and purchasing a second shipping label so that we can reship it.

If an order is returned to us and buyer does not contact us with 180 days, items will be forfeited, and buyer will not be eligible for refund.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Customer takes full responsibility when placing their order. If you believe your order has been lost, damaged or stolen, contact usps and file a claim for a missing package.

COLOR POLICY

We cannot 100% guarantee that each item will look identical to the way it is shown on a device, due to variations in lighting in pictures, screen viewing colors, and brightness of screens that items are viewed on.

Garment dyed or acid washed items may also slightly vary in color from garment to garment, due to the natural dying and washing process. We always do our best to accurately portray colors, but occasionally there will be a slight variance.

All customer data remains confidential and is not shared or sold under any circumstances.

We may use personal information to send marketing via text messages and emails, only if customer chooses to opt-in.
